The above lay-out is designed for a maximum capacity of 225 delegates for catering and 7 exhibitors (1 additional exhibitor table can be accommodated but has a height restriction for stands). All exhibitor spaces can be supplied with electric points.

The two designated catering areas in the lobby and conservatory are ‘double-ended’ and will provide a total of 4 catering points which can accommodate 50+ delegates per station.
